Parameters for the "Start engine" in CaWE

Description

Currently, there is only the Option to run the one game "DeathMatch" from CaWE. When using compile Options, there can also be run other games.
The simplest way to realize this would be adding options for running Cafu in the configuration options.

Thanks for the report, change r468 should fix the problem: CaWE should now start the Cafu Engine with the proper -svGame parameter automatically.
